Puppy Shots / Immunizations
This is for the owner's records only. We encourage you to take this list to your veterinarian so that your vet will be aware of all shots, vaccinations and medication that have been administered. Most vets will gladly accept this record given by the breeder. Some will not accept this record. We encourage you, as the owner, to choose another vet.
It is critically important not to over-immunize your new puppy.
We encourage you to take your puppy to the Vet within 2 to 4 weeks for a Puppy Check-up. When you pick-up your puppy, you will receive your Puppy's Immunization Records. Please provide a copy to your Vet.
