We just wanted to thank you for our wonderful Cavachon. We got her from
you for our daughter Samantha, they really are best
friends. She named her Sparkle and she just loves
her so much, we take her everywhere. It has been
such a joy to watch the two of them growing together
over the past year. I hope you enjoy the picture.
thanks again.

is our Christmas photo with Cindy, Birdie and, Santa. I
am conspicuously absent because of recent eye surgery
but, my "girls" represent the joy with Birdie.
Birdie loves to play, ride in the car, chase toys, still
loves Dingo's, stays under our desks depending upon her
favorite and, go for walks. She is happy, healthy and a
great companion, learning new things daily. Birdie is
very trusting and social with other dogs regardless of
size although, whe is more apt to play with her toys
with dogs more her size. Kind of reminds me of the game
of take away in the play pen in your garage.
We are seriously considering a "Bogey" in the spring and
will start watching your website. All the best to you
and your family during the holidays and, Merry Christmas
from
Cindy, Birdie and,
John.

Dear
DCDogFinders,
Tony
and I attended the White House Pet Correspondence
evening gala.
Watch the story, you will see Roni sitting on the
ground with her new Red Dog Spa leash on; it's bright
pink. Just before she sat down, Mac was having a chat
with Andrea (Roane of WUSA Channel 9 News) & her
husband's two ShihTzu, the gray one especially. She said
she loved Mac's evening "bow tie".

Hello DCDogFinders
Here are some pics of Aspen(was coconut)!
I am so happy to have found you DCDogFinders!
Aspen is such a beautiful gift in our lives! She makes
us laugh and gives us love everyday. So she is so
spoiled rotten! She is fed the very best and given
healthy treats. We play with her all the time. She has
learned to sit, lay, wait, and rollover! Her cutness is
irresistible!
She won 1st place @ Petco for the
Halloween cutest pet! I'm a very proud mama!
Thanks again for being a wonderful group of breeders! I
will send more pics for xmas.

Hi DCDogFinders
Just wanted to give you an update and some pictures of
Chloe. She is doing great. Loves to play, I wish I had
her energy. Still trying to get her house trained and
working on her biting. Other then that she perfect. She
has been a true blessing and I can't remember my days
before her. I hope your family is doing well and
rebuilding after your terrible loss. I wish your family
a Merry Christmas.
Here are some pictures of Chloe in her Christmas dress!
Truly,

DCDogFinders,
Just wanted to send you a new picture of Addy and let
you know that she is doing well. As we speak she is
outside running back and forth barking and chasing the
kids as they play! She couldn't be happier. It sure is
hard to believe that she has been with us for over two
years already....seems like I was just there picking her
out and bringing her home.
Hope you are all doing well and have a blessed Christmas
and a Happy New Year!

DCDogFinders,
It's been one whole year and I just wanted to say thank
you again for my Maxi. He is doing great!!!! Just an all
around wonderful pup, more than I could ever imagine.
Max is still a little feisty, but well mannered and
trained. He's the happiest dog I've ever seen in my
life, he literally gives hugs and kisses to everyone he
comes across! He absolutely loves PetSmart, it's like
he's a a celebrity, he walks in like he's owns the
place, gives every person he comes across a long hug
(arms wrapped around their legs) and kisses, they love
it too...they always say he's so adorable, loveable,
cute and oh his colors...they love it.
Maxi is truly a joy! Just wanted to say thanks again for
the love of my life,
Sincerely Grateful - Keyona |

Happy Holidays:
It has been almost two years since we “adopted” Molly
and I thought you might be interested in seeing her now
that she’s all grown up. She is a joy and we think of
how lucky we were to find you and get a chance to meet
you. Molly’s markings changed a bit as she reach a year
old, but I understand that is fairly common with these
puppies. We call her Molly “me too” cause she is always
in the middle of things.
We hope all is well with you and wish you all of the
best for the coming year.

Thanks again to everyone at DCDogFinders.

Hello DCDogfinders,
Just wanted to let you all know that we are so happy
with our new little family members. We thank you so
much. They are so much fun and full of so much love. We
have named them Roxy (formely Daisy) and Chloe (our
little Angel). We are so glad that we got Chloe that day
we picked up Roxy because that are great together and
keep each other company. They love to chase and wrestle
each other all the time and they cuddle up in one big
ball. SOOO CUTE!!! Thank you again and we wish you all a
Happy Holiday and Happy New Year.

Hello DCDogFinders
We are enjoying Chessie so much! She is a wonderful
addition to our family. She is friendly, playful,
active, gentle, and sweet. She's fully housebroken, and
rings a bell to let us know she has to go outside. My
children often say, "I love this dog!" and "Chessie is
the best dog ever!" Thank you so much for bringing
Chessie into our lives.

DCDogFinders Family,
Last week was Chloe's first birthday and I wanted to
share some recent pictures with you. She is an absolute
joy and the envy of the neighborhood. Everyone asks me
where I got her and I send them right your way! I check
your website almost weekly and I can't wait until our
family is ready for another pup from DCDogFinders!
Thank you again!!

Hi DCDogFinders - I just
want to wish you and your entire family a very happy
Thanksgiving and again take this opportunity to say how
grateful I am to you for allowing us to bring Alex (aka
Gizmo) into our family. We adore him and I think he
feels the same about us. The vet says he is a very
healthy little guy and acknowledged that it was evident
he came from a very good breeder. So, here I am, not
only your official “dcdogfinders” advocate, but someone
who will always personally cherish your unbelievable
generosity and kindness in allowing us to bring such joy
into our home. I have attached a couple of pictures
taken the day after we brought Alex home. He is changing
daily, doing really well with housebreaking, learning a
couple of tricks, and interestingly becoming a bit
lighter in color. I will send you more pictures as soon
as I get them on my computer.
My very best to you and your entire family. Susie |

Hello, we
just wanted to thank you for our Cavashon Zoe (formerly
Daisy). We got her in Feb of 2008 and she is the most
amazing little pup. She is a loving, energetic, smart,
and funny. She is always the center of attention and is
spoiled everyday with hugs and kisses from her mom and
dad. She turned 1 in November and is healthy, happy and
full of life. Thank you soo much!!

Hi DCDogfinders,
I promised to send pictures of Starr, formerly
“Tinkerbelle”. As you know, she is now 4 months (2.3
pounds now) and is a joy to our family. She is already
trained on the training pad, no matter where we place
it. She knows the commands “sit”, “down”, “drop”, “up”
and “go get it”. We hope to eventually enroll her in
training courses, so that she can conquer even more
commands. She sleeps all the time and is already
climbing and jumping down stairs! She’s a little dare
devil and growls at everyone and every dog at the vet!
Thanks for all your help throughout the process.
Regards, Cynthia and Chester |

Hi DCDogFinders
It was nice talking to you today. Here is the picture of
Casey (the puppy I got from you) with Penny (the black
dog). Penny is 10 yrs old and Casey loves her and
follows her around. Casey climbed into Penny's lap for
this picture.

Today is Cooper's birthday,
he is 1 today. We purchased him in October 2008 and I
can still remember sleeping on the floor with him the
first night. He has truly been a blessing to my family.
Now my son is trying to get me to purchase another
puppy. Cooper runs the house; all of our plans are made
around him. When my son first asked me to get a puppy I
said no, then I went to my sister’s house. She had just
purchased her Shih Tzu (luscious) from DCDogFinders. My
son and I fell in love with her puppy, we came home that
night and start looking for our puppy. I can’t thank the
staff at DCDogFinders enough; they were so patient with
me through all the process. I did not know anything
about caring for a puppy. I was so bad the first night I
put the training pad in the kennel for Cooper to sleep
on. After doing that I could not get him to go on the
pads at all, I guess this was part of the learning
process for me. It was all worth it!!!

Hi Mommy and Daddy at DCDogFinders:
It's me Jingles - well now my name is Bailey. My new
mommy Judi is typing this message for me because my paws
don't reach the keyboard yet. I just wanted to let you
know that I am doing well. I have been having lots of
fun chasing my new big brother, Dakota, around the yard
and playing in the leaves. I also have a big sister,
Abby, she is a cat. I bark at her sometimes and she gets
scared and runs away. I love my new family. We are all
still adjusting to each other. We are working on my
potty training. I am doing pretty good about going on
the puppy pads but I still need to learn about going
outside. Sometimes I do but sometimes I still go inside.
My mommy is attaching some pictures she took of me and
my brother sleeping and playing tug of war. He is alot
of fun but sometimes I get to energetic and he growls at
me. My mommy's co-workers gave her a puppy shower so I
have lots of new toys to play with. At least that is
what she tells me. She is waiting until I rip the ones I
have apart before she gives me more. She also said to
tell you thank you for letting her adopt me. She love me
lots!! Well Mommy's fingers are getting tired and so am
I, so I will say goodbye for now. Take Care and I love
you!! - Bailey (aka Jingles) |

Thank you DCDogFinders for
helping us find our new family member, Luna (formerly
known as Cupcake). She has only been with us for one
week and it seems as if she has been here for years.
Luna is energetic, intelligent, loving, and thoroughly
enjoys playing with the children (which is not an easy
feat). She is a happy and healthy pup and we cannot
thank you enough for introducing her into our lives.

DCDogFinders,
I can't thank you enough for bringing Zoey into my life.
She has been an amazing addition into my world. Her
personality shines every day and people just fall in
love with her. She's been doing beautifully. She'll be
turning 7 months shortly. She loves making new friends
and playing outside. She loves playing with Molly, my
roommates dog whom she got from you guys. They are the
best of friends. Her new thing is playing fetch. She
loves sticks, and I've attached a photo of her laying in
the yard after playing. She smiles in pretty much every
photo. She's very bubbly, kind, smart, and comfortable
in every environment. She is a loveable little ball of
fluff..lol. I love her more than words can describe!
Thank you so much DCDogFinders

Hello
DCDogFinders,
Chloe (formerly Pebbles), my precious Shihchon, is
approaching her first birthday! She is 11.5 pounds now,
if you can believe it! She makes me laugh and smile
everyday. She is a great companion and loves to
entertain with her tricks! Some days Chloe goes to
daycare - a place for even-tempered pups like her. She
plays all day with other small dogs and she loves every
minute of it! Everyone comments about her soft fur, good
behavior, and her adorable face! Thank you so much for
giving me such a wonderful sweetie.
With thanks,
Kimberly |

DCDogfinders,
I am giving you the update on Yaya (Yorkie-Poo) who use
to be Princess.Yaya is now a year old. She is such a
wonderful dog and a very fast learner. People stops me
all the time and ask if I paid someone to train Yaya,
and I tell them no. Yaya has more poodle than Yorkie.
She can catch a ball and also toss it. She bring so much
life to the house, she really makes the house a home.

Hey DCDogFinders!
Just wanted to send some pictures of our growing family.
Shelby is almost a year and a half old now and Cooper is
5 months. They have a true brother-sister relationship,
lots of playing and snuggling but lots of wrestling and
fighting over toys! No matter how many bones I have in
this house, they insist on needing the same exact one.
It's very funny to watch them duke it out over the
prize. Cooper holds his own even though he's half her
size! Shelby was eating all of Cooper's puppy food and
got a little chunky so we have to feed them separately
now and Shelby is currently on a diet of Weight Control
food..yumm. Cooper broke his leg about 2 months ago when
he took a tumble down our stairs but he gets around on
his cast like you wouldn't believe. He still beats
Shelby in a race! We made the right decision in getting
a second dog, Shelby is so much happier with a constant
companion, especially when we are gone during the day.
We got an Invisible Fence which is wonderful. It took
only 2 days to get the dogs fully trained!! The trainer
said it was some of the fastest training he's
seen....must be these supersmart DCDogfinders puppies!!
We recently referred two friends to you who both picked
up their puppies last weekend. Thanks for all you do to
provide wonderful pets to families like ours. We
couldn't love them more!

Hello DCDogFinders:
It's been about 2 years now I love my baby Shamus. He's

We just wanted to thank you for our ShihChon, Miley. She
has adjusted very well to her new home and our 3 1/2
year old daughter, Amber absolutely adores her! Miley

play well together....sometimes it's like we have 2
kids. LOL! Thanks so much.

Dear DCDogFinders,
We are the Cooper family that adopted Daisy about 2
months ago. I am finally getting around to sending you a
photo that was taken the evening our daughter Sophie
adopted Daisy. You named her Daisy and we thought we
would change the name to Ellie but once we met her, we
all agreed that she was truly a Daisy!
She is getting really big and is as lovable as ever.
Sophie is in training with her and they are both making
progress. Partially house-trained and walking on a leash
--she is all puppy and an adorable addition to the
family.
Many thanks,
Barbara |

We just wanted to thank
you for giving us the best gift of our lives. We got Maya
(ShihChon) 2 years ago and she has become a big part of
our family. We don't know what we would do without her.
She is kind affectionate and gets along well with other
animals. She loves to play and go for walks. We hope to
one day get her a companion and when we do we will come
straight to DCDOGFINDERS.
Thank You,
Gladys, Edgar, Lury & John |

Hi
there! I bought my Bichon from you around September 1,
2008. We get along very well. He's very playful and
affectionate. He doesn't have a mean bone in his whole
body. He knows how to sit, stay, and come (when he
wants). He also knows how to catch soft balls in his
mouth and bring them back to me. I am very thankful for
having him in my life. I named him Baron. I wanted to
share this video with you of Baron, myself, and my
nephew (who is 2 months younger than Baron). My nephew
absolutely loves when Baron plays and shakes his head.
Thank you for him.

I purchased a dog from
you in October (Tinka) a YorkiePoo and she has been such
a blessing. Upon bringing her home we changed her name
to Renny. I never thought I could be one of those "dog
people" that I used to poke fun at. Well as the saying
goes, if you can't beat them join them! At the time I
purchased Renny I was having some difficulty in a
relationship that I was in...since Renny came into our
lives things seemed to have ironed out. My boyfriend and
I often joke and say, "I wonder if God made Renny for
us?!" I am certain that He did. I am so grateful to you
in being the instrument that brought Renny to our lives!
Thank you,
Mary

I can't believe it has

referred a couple of people to DCDogFinders who have
fallen for our Kobe, who is so adorable.

Just wanted to send an update on our
Rascal. as this is his 2nd year anniversary of us
bringing him home. As you can see he is the "cutest
doggie in the world." Everyone that meets him comments
on how sweet his temperament and personality is. I
credit that to you all for your dedicated and
conscientious breeding.
Also wanted to let you know that Rascal passed his
temperament testing with flying colors to be a therapy
dog with Fairfax Pet On Wheels. As a way to give back to
the community and share some of Rascal with others, my
girls and I will be visiting local area nursing homes in
Fairfax area with our little Rascal.
Just wanted to send you a few updated pictures and say
thanks again. The picture with all of us is during his
temperament testing and for our badges for the therapy
dog program. By the way, we are thinking about a
"sister" for Rascal in the next year or so and hope to
be able to call on DCDogfinders again!
Thank you for bringing Rascal to us,

We love our puppy Chessie
(short for Chesapeake)! She is such a wonderful addition
to our family. She even gets along with Juan, our almost
8-year-old house rabbit. She's sleeping through the
night, and she comes when I call, which is very handy
when we're outside. She's quite smart, very friendly,
and such a beautiful little pup. What a perfect
combination!
Thank you!

I
wanted to drop a line and send you some pictures of
Snickers- we renamed him Koda. With his color and stubby
tail and when he walks he looks like a little bear. It
has been 6 months since we bought Koda into our home. It
was an adjustment for all of us, like any new addition.
But now Koda is a great little boy! He loves his family
and is always under is mommy's feet. His poodle sister
rough house all the time, like all children.
Thank you again for giving us our boy.

We are just dropping a line to say hello
and update you on the progress of BOSCO (Formerly known
as FRANKIE). We decided to change his name so it can
match his big sister COCOA. So now we have COCOA & BOSCO,
a chocolate theme. We wanted to thank you again for the
opportunity for BOSCO to become a member of our family
and the excellent work you do in ensuring these
beautiful pets find a safe and loving home. COCOA and
BOSCO love each other and play all day. They both sleep
with us in bed and follow us everywhere. Some of the
things they do will make you laugh, they are very smart.
We took BOSCO to the vet and he got a clean bill of
health and he weighs 5 pounds. He starts puppy
kindergarten next week, we are very excited. We have
attached a picture of COCOA and BOSCO getting ready for
a walk. We wish you a happy and safe summer season. All
the best to you and your family.

Attached
please find a copy of our family Christmas card this
year – complete with our baby! Ollie is absolutely
wonderful! Because he lives with two large dogs, he
thinks he is one as well! However, we had to build a
ramp for him to go in and out the doggy door because he
could not handle the stairs! On occasion he will go to
the barn with me so we joke that he is a tough farm dog.
But then as soon as he is back in the house, curled up
on the bed with his blanket and toy, we tease that he is
a fufu dog!
He goes everywhere with us – including the school on
Fridays when I help with the weekly art project in 5th
grade. They have named this time “Art with Ollie” Ha,
Ha! He is so tired after his visits because all the
classes know he will be there and teachers all come to
“borrow him” so he can be with their students.
He is about 10 pounds now and is as cute as can be. He
has been quite the blessing to our entire family. You
may recall my Dad was having health issues and we have
since been told that he is terminal with cancer and we
probably only have months left to enjoy our precious
time together. Ollie has traveled to and from NY with us
many times to spend time with my family and he is
soooooo good!
Enjoy every moment that God gives you to be with your
family and we wish you a safe and blessed holiday
season.
Sincerely,
Mike, Kathie, Katie, Lindsay, Maddie and Ollie

Thank
you for blessing us with the two most perfect puppies in
the world. When I first tried to reserve Bentley (Malti-Poo)
he was already reserved however I prayed everyday that I
somehow would be blessed with him. Well, DC Dog Finders
must have received my blessings because you called me
and informed me that Bentley became available. We
received Bentley and a beautiful (Yorki-Poo) who we
named Pepsi (was Lucy). Pepsi is so loveable and active,
and Bentley is so loveable and watches over her. They
have captured our hearts and we have enjoyed every
minute of them being a part of our family. Thank you so
much for allowing Bentley and Pepsi to be a joy in our
lives and apart of our family.

We
just wanted to let you know how much we LOVE Lincoln
(formerly Rudy). He is precious and has been such a
great puppy, he is so well behaved and loveable, so
thank you for everything! DCDogFinders was great and
with so many people asking us where we got him, I'm sure
we'll send more than a few referrals your way! I've
attached some pictures of Lincoln; since we named him
after President Lincoln, we took him to the Lincoln
Memorial today for a little photo shoot!!
Thanks again,

wanted 2 send u this picture bc its PRICELESS..lol I
told you I had a 3yr old and you insured me I was
getting a 'durable' puppy..lol
This is Jordan taking her puppy for a ride:) The girls
just love 'Coco' and she is a loveable little ball of
fur..lol She's full of energy and has an amazing little
personality. We just love her more than words can
describe! I cant thank you enough for bringing her into
this world so we
could add her to our family! I have sent quite a few
people to your website. My friend and her mom were over
this past Saturday and fell in love with Coco. Samantha
said her mom has a puppy coming this Saturday:) Thank
you for everything that you and everyone else at

I just thought I would share with you
guys how much we love Ginger, now Molly. She is 15 weeks
today and we have loved every minute with her. She
adjusted so well and now she even has a friend, Zoe.
Molly is the most adventurous puppy and has no fear.
Attached is a picture of her with her first encounter

Attached
is Casey our llasa chon puppy. We brought Casey home on
October 6th. She is one loveable dog. She is so
friendly, loves to give everyone licks! Not a mean bone
in her body. We must admit for the first 4 months she
was very active, could not "sit/lie" still. She is now 7
months old and we've seen a big change in her. She is
very comfortable all over the house and fits wonderfully
into our family. She's in her third week of dog
training. She's very smart but the classes are just too
exciting for her to concentrate. She obeys commands and
loves to be with people. She loves her toys and wants to
chew and play most of her waking hours.
Overall we're very much in love w/Casey! Must admit
though having a puppy does get tiring at times. Feel
free to share any/all of our story and great pictures.
She is precious.

Today we went to see a
vet for the first time. Everything went very well with
Teddy-Shamu, he was very quiet and shy. We got three
shots so now we can play with other dogs. He is a very
healthy puppy, learning little by little, he already
knows sit and down command, it took me only three days
to teach him that. I'M VERY PROUD OF MY BABY! He is
everything that you can dream of!!!!!!
We love him so much and cannot imagine our life without
him.

I
picked up Lexi (a Cavachon) on Easter weekend last year.
Sorry it has taken so long to write to you. I was
waiting for her to get to her full weight. She just
turned one on 19 January. Lexi is such a sweet dog and
she loves all of her puppy (young and old) friends,
children, and everyone. She has the sweetest disposition
and is very smart. She has learned several tricks and I
try to keep her challenged so she doesn't get bored. I
am 66 years old and am on disability so she is my
constant companion, and I have a hearing problem so I am
training her to be my hearing dog.
Thanks again for such a wonderful puppy.

DCDogfinders,
Thank you so much for sending Dillon my way. He is such
a joy and an significant part of my life now. After
multiple attempts to find a puppy when I first moved
here, your services were one of the best and I only talk
great things about DCDogFinders. Dillon is now a year
old and a huge cloud of personality. Here is his very
first picture with Santa.
Thank you soo much for helping me find my new
addition!!!

Just
wanted to forward a couple of pictures of our little
'princess' (named Utah). We picked her up on the 13th of
December and she has been a joy in our lives. She is
catching on to the 'potty' training....outdoors pretty
good......she sleeps all night without accidents. My
husband who claims not to be a dog lover insisted she
sleep with us after the first night of 'crying' in the
kennel. She loves to go for walks, knows a few commands
(want a treat?, bring the ball, etc.)
Anyway, sharing these pictures.

I just wanted to Thank
you and DCDogfinders for our darling Dylen (Jasper), we
enjoy him so much. We are still working on pad training
but he is so spoiled all ready that I haven't been on
time for work since I got him. He sleep with Jazmin so
the bed we brought never gets used. Happy Valentine's
Day and thanks again for a wonderful and pleasant
experience.

Winky
is soooooo sweet. I had her groomed about a week ago
because she got spayed on 1/27/09. She was out of it for
about a day. My 5 year old absolutely adores her. He
calls her Miss Winky or Little Mama! My husband call's
her the one eyed wonder. She has her own basket of toys
and multiple beds around the house. Chaz (my Shih Tzu)
was afraid of her at first. Now he just deals with her.
:-) I think she tires his 4 year old body out. She is
allllll puppy!
She's learning to walk on a leash and learning basic
commands. She had no problem switching dog food. She
eats Blue Buffalo puppy formula dry food mixed with the
Blue can food. She is a fantastic eater. She eats the
minute that the food hits the bowl. She loves riding in
the car. Her most favorite thing to do is play in the
snow.! I am so blessed that you chose me to be her new
mom! Enjoy the pics!

Just
wanted to let you know that Bella is doing, we think,
exceptionally well. We did not get much sleep last
night, she REALLY hates her crate! But we excepted that,
so no big deal. But, she is already doing better with
her house training. It's so funny how her pooing and
peeing outside makes us so happy and proud. She has
really livened up today, running, jumping, playing with
her toys. We not only already love her but are in love
with her. I don't think I can express our gratitude for
her. Thank you, thank you, thank you! I have attached a
photo my son took tonight. I will keep you posted on her
and our progress. Take care.

This is Barney. He was born 2/6/08 and he
joined our family in April 2008. He is dream come true.
We could not have chosen a more adorable puppy. Ron & I
fell in love with him the first time we saw him. Our
only regret is that we did not bring his sister, Betsy,
home as well. Even though she was spoken for when we
picked up Barney; she too warmed our hearts the minute
we saw her. I am sure I would have had my hands full
with two puppies. Barney has been a delight; however he
is quite a handful; full of energy, very playful and
lots of company.
Just wanted to let you know that our experience with you
was amazing. You were very helpful and
informative the first time we spoke. I
was so impressed by your enthusiasm; your caring
attitude and your obvious love for all of your puppies.
Anytime someone expresses an interest in purchasing a
puppy, I always refer them to DCDogfinders!
Best wishes to you, Ron & Denise

Thanks ever so much for Bruce (gold tag)
and Clark (blue tag). They are the perfect pair. I am
glad I took the two of them. They comfort each other
when they are afraid and tease each other with snacks or
toys or people. They are Steelers fans just like their
people. They have laid claim to my husband's Steelers
blanket and actually wrap themselves up in it. They are
very intelligent, but you didn't warn me that they were
part parrot, part cat. They love to climb across the
back of the furniture and sit on our shoulders! I would
highly recommend your puppies to anyone looking for a
new pet/family member.
Thanks, Charlene |

I GOT MY PARIS AC IN APRIL FOR MY B-DAY
THE BEST GIFT EVER! I JUST LOVE HER SO MUCH THANKS &
HERE ARE SOME PICS! |

This is Jeremy. My
girlfriend and I bought Theo (formerly known as Lucas)
in October. Our friends met him and fell in love and
were hoping that there was another lhasa-chon litter on
the horizon. Please let me know if you have these pups
in the oven!
Thanks, Jeremy

Hi DCDogFinders,
Luke and I just wanted to thank you so much for our
wonderful puppy Rex (formally Biscuit). Rex has been the
perfect addition to our family. He's adjusted so well.
He's almost 18 weeks old now and doing great. He loves
to play and is so friendly and loving. We couldn't be
happier! Here are a few pics of our buddy. Enjoy and
thanks again!!
Take care,

Hi DCDogfinders,
Just a few holiday pictures of our little Rascal and
update on him. Rascal will be turning 2 in February and
he continues to be a great pup and companion to us all.
He is an adorable dog with a great personality. The
girls love him to bits as do I. Thanks again for
bringing him into our family.

We just wanted to let you know Harry (who
we adopted in July and was attacked by the bulldogs in
August) is doing extremely well. The doctor took the
cast off his leg after 3 weeks and his jaw cast was
taken off about 2 weeks after that. The kids and I
really bonded with him during this time because we had
to walk for him and hand feed him a liquid diet several
times a day. All the hard work was worth it because he's
a wonderful little guy and a true member of our family.
He's almost completed a puppy kindergarten class and
picks up commands and tricks very quickly. We still have
to watch him around strange dogs because he's got such a
forgiving nature, he still wants to say "hi" to
everyone, but we won't take any chances with him.
Our family wishes you all a Happy Holiday Season and a
Wonderful New Year!

Harry
p.s. my husband returned from Afghanistan in November
and is very happy his "family gift" is well loved and
healthy

Adorable!!!!!! That’s what Tank is! He is
doing great…slept most of the day, but ate and drank
some earlier. He did really well on the car ride home,
too!
Thanks again for choosing our family as Tank’s new
family. We love him!
All the best for 2009 and Merry Christmas!

Hello DCDogfinders, I just wanted to give
you an update on Bailey (Binkie) who we bought in
October and now 4 months old. He is doing great. He is
the smartest puppy in the world and can be a handful at
times. But we love him dearly. He loves terrorizing my
older female Yorkie who is 13 years old. A lot of times
we have to tell him to cool it because even though she
tries to tell him to knock it off he still goes back for
more. My other older male plays with him but Bailey
knows not to mess with him too much. It is funny to
watch my little Yorkie family. Well have a Merry
Christmas and we wanted to say thank you for giving us
our baby.

Penny
Abigail born July 27, 2008 and adopted by the Grogan
family on October 3, 2008. It was a rough beginning for
our new family member. She spent the first few days in
the ER. Now, Penny weighs 6.4lbs and is a bundle of
energy! She LOVES balls of yarn, giving kisses and
playing tug a war. She is the smartest puppy in her
class. She was asked to enroll in the immediate puppy
class to learn tricks! She is picky about what she eats
now! She does not play with rocks anymore. She would
bite them and try to push them across the lawn! She love
organic beef liver treats, organic dry food and antler
bones! She is still on a strictly organic diet until she
reaches the age of one. She loves to run and play. She
loves to play with other dogs. She goes to "doggy
daycare" (my sister's house) and plays with Jayme (the
Jack Russell) every Saturday! Sometimes I thinks she
loves going over there more than anything else, just
because she knows she will be able to play with Jayme!
She still purrs like a kitten. And she will let us know
when she wants to go outside to do her business! She is
very smart and a good companion. I have attached her
latest photograph. Penny is by far the cutest puppy I
have ever seen! I am happy she is a part of our family.
Have a wonderful, peaceful holiday!

I
just wanted to send you some pictures of Toby (formerly

love him to pieces! The first week we had a really hard
time leaving him for work, but we make up for it by
cuddling and playing a ton when we are home! Thank you
so much for our wonderful little guy! Right now I am
sitting at my desk, so excited to see Cody! I'm excited
that Toby is going to have a cousin to play with! Thank
you soo much! I'll send pictures of Cody soon!

It’s been

much fun and joy to our family! He is so
loving and has quite the personality. I
recently was trying to find you site for a

dog. I sent the site to them and are sure
they will find the dog of their dreams as so
many other families have.

I
wanted you to have a picture of "Miss Molly" at work.
Miss Molly's job is to serve as my second spell checker,
a very tiring job as you can see. She comes with me to
the office everyday and has become my shadow. She is one
lucky dog because my associate here is the office loves
dogs and has become Miss Molly's "Day Mom". Of course,
when we are home, Trudy takes over as "Night Mom". It
doesn't get any better than that. Trudy and I will see
you Saturday morning to pick up "Scout". We have
already picked out a name for him. We are going to name
him "Cousin Zeke" and call him Zeke. So the pair will be
referred to as "Miss Molly and Cousin Zeke".
HAPPY TRAILS!

Daisy and Drake LaBatt celebrated
their first birthdays today. Actually one was yesterday
and Daisy's is tomorrow but we had a canine birthday
cake for them tonight! After we brought the puppies home
we realized that Drake's birthday was the same day as
our older Bichon Dutchess. She got to celebrate as
well. They are incredible puppies and have blessed our
home. We can't imagine life without them. They have the
best personalities and are spoiled rotten. We love
having them as part of our family. Thanks again for
letting us adopt them.

We just wanted to send a
picture of Darby Davidson! He's our little ShihChon!
He's so adorable and so much fun to be around. And we're
amazed at how well behaved and smart he is! He's grown a
couple pounds since this picture, but he's still small
and cute, the way we like him. He'll be getting his
first haircut next week, so we're really excited for
that. Darby has been a great addition to our family. We
can't imagine not having him around anymore. We're even
looking into adding another doggie to the family as a
buddy for him. Thanks to everyone at DCDogfinders, your
dogs are really great!
Sincerely,
Molly and Scott Davidson

All
is well with our little girl. We've decided to name her
Indira (like Indira Gandhi). She is very active and she
certainly eats--all the time! I am amazed at how she and
our pug, Cosimo, are fast friends. They are inseparable.
He is very protective of her--he won't even eat from his
own bowl until he sees she's eaten as much of his food
as she wants. We were a little nervous that he might
accidentally be rough with her because he is much
larger--18 pounds to her 4 pounds--but, in fact, she
usually ends up chasing him around the house! She seems
very happy. She whines a little at night, but we've just
been getting up and holding her a bit until she quiets
down. Thanks so much for raising our little love bundle!
Very best,
Paula & Jeremy |

John
and I thought we would update you all with some pics of
Gemini. As you can see from the pics, he is a very
playful puppy... and is spoiled rotten by Daddy and
Mommy. He enjoys running in the grass, chasing leaves,
sleeping on his back and anything that involves playtime
with Daddy. Although he hasn't really picked up the
habit of playing fetch... Daddy already has him watching
Pittsburgh Steelers' games on Sunday.
Thank you both and DCdogfinders for bringing this active
little bundle of joy into our lives.

First I
would like to thank you cause he's the most friendliest
puppy ever. We adopted Koda in May. He's our baby. He's
a great travel companion, he loves going on car rides.
He's extremely healthy, right now is teething and he's
completely potty trained. =o) Also, for being a young
puppy by last month he understood a few commands. He's
exactly the best addition to our family. We don't like
to be away from him. Its a wonderful feeling, getting
home and having him greet you.
We'll be back soon to give him a brother or sister to
play with.
Thanks,

I
want to thank you for Yaya (Yorkie-Poo) formerly name
Princess. Yaya came home with me on July 11, 2008 and I
love her so much. She is doing great using the potty
outside because she drags her pee pad around the
house all day. I am having a problem with her using a
leash. She is so friendly and love to bark and growl.
She loves to ride in a car and chew on her sock while
they are on your feet. She is a quick learner, she knows
sit and no. She is a bit spoil she sleeps with me. She
had
her first visit to the vet last week and had her first
two shots. She was in pain that day but the next day she
was back to Yaya. Yaya brings so much joy to my family
and extended family. So many people stop me and ask me
about Yaya, I gave them your website. It would be a
great idea when you send the puppies home with their
goodies bag includes some business cards with your
information. So, when I am being stop on the street I
can just hand out a card. Thanks Again.

I
got Skiddles from you all on March 15, 2008 and I
just wanted you see how Skiddles (3 1/2 months) is
growing. My family loves him to death. He's so
adorable and really poses for pictures like he knows
what's going on.
|
|
Thank you so much for Bailey
who has been renamed to Teddy because he is just a sweet
little teddy bear that we have already come to adore and
love. Teddy seems to be happy with his new home. He has
lots of toys, blankets, two play pens, and his very own
bed. We can't move around to fast anymore cause he's
right under your feet. I'll be in the kitchen cooking or
doing dishes and he's just laying on my feet. Gotta move
easy so as not to step on the little fella. My husband
had said we don't need a dog, dogs are too much work,
and dogs take up too much of your time. Well he has a
new attitude Teddy has already won him over.
He now feels that Teddy needs a friend to keep him
company when we're at work so he won't get lonely. Yea
right! We'll see. However, I just want to say thank you
guys for all you do. I have looked into adopting a pet
and the cost of a dog at the pet stores in the malls.
They were too much for me especially after you include
the cost of vet, food, toys, and bedding it can add up
quickly. I wanted a little dog for a while, but was
concerned about the cost. You made this affordable and
friendly and he smelled nice too! Add me and Mike to
your list of very happy customers. Ho yea and Teddy too!

DCDogFinders,
Our puppy is nine months old
now, and she is the constant center of attention. It was
suppose to be my puppy, but she has taken the hearts of
my husband, daughter and son. We have named her Cali
(was Miley) after our love for Lake Tahoe, Cali fornia.
Attached is a photo of Cali with my daughter on Lake
Tahoe. She has been the sweetest addition to our family
and rules the house including our five year old Bernice
Mountain Dog.

Hi There DCDogFinders,
This is almost embarrassing sending what I promised
almost a year ago, but here are pictures of our happy
family. Brent, Danielle, and our little angel boy BILLY!
We adopted him last October and he has completely
changed our lives. We are so in love and he has made a
life as newlyweds turn upside down and become a true
family.
My husband Brent is a goaltender for the Washington
Capitals, and it breaks his heart going on road trips
now because not only does he have to leave his wife for
a few days, but now his "son".
We couldn't be happier with our little guy. Thank you
for everything, and again sorry it has taken so long to
get these pictures to you!!

DCDogFinders - Cooper and I
are enjoying our second week together, and are starting
puppy classes tonight! He is so cute to watch at the dog
parks where he tries
to run with the big dogs, and he is already the favorite
pup in my building! I've been wanting a Cavalier King
Charles Spaniel for so long, and he is exactly what I
wanted. I kiss the cute little "blenheim spot" on top of
his head everyday! Thank you so much!!

Hi DCDOGFINDERS,
We wanted to send you some current pictures of Bandit
(formerly LULU). We adopted her in April and she has
been nothing but a joy for our family. We lost one of
family pets the month prior and it was really hard for
everyone to cope with the loss. We decided that getting
a puppy may help. From day one, Bandit has been a
blessing. Our other dog, a 90 lb Akita has taken her
under his wing and they are best buds now! They chase
each other around the house and love to go for walks
together--Bandit has to be right by his side when they
are walking! My son is ecstatic over her also, he
carries her all over the house-(even though I know she
would prefer to walk) but she still gives him kisses the
whole time!!!. She is a lover and a cuddler!! Our first
night home was little rough--she made it perfectly clear
she was not going to be crated but preferred to sleep
with my husband and I in our bed. Well, that cute little
face won us over and she has be sleeping with us since
that day! She will wake me up with kisses when she needs
to go out!!!
I can't thank you enough for raising such
wonderful puppies, she has the greatest disposition I
have ever seen and part of that comes from the way they
are raised before they are adopted out and still in your
care. I cannot tell you how many complements we get when
we take her out (and she goes just about everywhere with
us!)
We are truly blessed and could not be happier with our
little Ban-da-boo! (as we call her)
Thank you
The Alger family!!!

Hi DCDogFinders
We just wanted to let you know that we love Shelby
(formerly Zoe) so much! We have had her for about 5
weeks now but you would think she'd been with us
forever. She lets my son Caleb drag her all about and
never puts up a fuss. She rarely ever barks, in fact I
think she had been here a month before we ever heard a
bark from her. She sleeps wonderfully in her crate at
night and doesn't make a peep until we let her out in
the morning. It only took a few nights to get into that
routine which was amazing. We've been to the vet and she
now weighs 5 pounds. The potty training is coming along
nicely. She definitely knows what to do when we take her
outside but she's not all the way clear yet on the fact
that she shouldn't do her business inside. I think we're
real close though. We did get this awesome little Bissel
thing called a SpotBot which I would highly recommend
for anyone with carpet and a new puppy. It works
beautifully and is super easy. We just wanted to thank
you so much for making this possible for us. We really
wanted a sweet and friendly family dog and that's
exactly what we got. She couldn't be much sweeter. The
first thing my son says in the morning when he wakes up
is, "Where's my puppy?" We're thinking hard about a
puppy sister for Shelby so you'll probably hear from us
again soon! Thanks again. Here are a few of the cutest
photos!

Dear DCDogFinders
Family,
It's been three months since Tigger (formerly Dillon)
has come to live with us. We are absolutely in love. He
is the sweetest, cutest, cuddliest, happiest,
friendliest little puppy and we couldn't be happier.
He's already housebroken - it was much easier than we'd
anticipated. He was trained long before he could even
come down the stairs. He walks on the leash and has
everyone in our development wrapped around his paw.
People stop us on the street to look at Tigger. He's
growing and developing nicely. He handles the groomer
and veterinarian very well. He goes out every morning
with my daughter and her personal trainer. When he comes
in, it's straight to my bedroom where he waits patiently
for me to look over the side of the bed to say good
morning. He is a wonderful addition to our family and we
love, love, love him.
Thank you so much.
Deidre, Ryan and Tigger

Dear DCDogFinders,
Just thought I would drop
you a line and let you know that Wilbur has adjusted
very well to his new home! My family was very surprised
and love him.
He loves to follow the kids around and sit and nap with
them while they are watching tv and doing homework. I
will forward you a picture of Wilbur and my two sons,
and also a picture of Wilbur sleeping on top of my
German Sheppard. He has also been napping with our cat!
Thanks again, and keep up the good work. It was an
absolute pleasure doing business with you.

DCDogFinders,
We adopted Sadie (Shih-Chon)
and Ajax (Yorkie-Poo) in June and they instantly bonded
with our girls, Lauren, Madeline and Grace! We love them
so much and they're so happy in their new home! Potty
training is going great! Ajax will go to the back
sliding door and bark to go out! Sadie is never far
behind because she doesn't want to miss out on anything!
They have been on two camping trips (VA Beach and
Natural Bridge, VA) and to Myrtle Beach already this
summer! They are so well behaved and love traveling.
They sleep the whole time they're in the car, either on
our laps or in between the kids. We couldn't be happier
with them and wanted to thank you for all
they've done for us! We started night crating them, but
just like newborns, they cried in the middle of the
night. So up they came with my husband and I in bed. And
there they will stay! They sleep through the night now!

Just wanted to drop a line
to say thanks for our puppy. I've attached two pix of
Manny here at home. We're still working on that potty
training thing and we're putting him into a training at
PetSmart. Manny is getting lots of compliments and
loving all the attention. I've told a couple of friends

Hi DCDogFinders Gang,
Thank you so much helping us find our two boys. I
adopted chewy which i renamed him "PRESTON" on 7/11/08.
He is such a big boy. He loves to play fight and chew on
socks and chases everyone's socks. He is so loving and I
adore him. He is my Prince! I also adopted a second
puppy on 7/18/08, Wilbur, which we renamed "JAZ". He is
sooo little and sooo cute and he loves him some Preston.
They are inseparable. They play with each other all day
long. Little "Jaz" is more laid back and loves to relax,
but when he sees "Preston" he gets all hyped and they
start playing. Just wanted to say thank you for
everything and thank you for these two babies of ours!
Thank you DCDogFinders!

DCDogfinders,
We want you to know how
happy we are with our precious new puppy. Sassy (now
named Jilly) is doing very well. She is very healthy and
full of life. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect
puppy. She is doing well with housetraining and she
sleeps all night without a whimper in her cozy crate. I
believe she thinks her job is to just give us lots of
love and affection all day long. Thank you so much for
everything!

Jack and Liz,
Thank you both for the precious puppy we brought home
this weekend MILO we adore him. I must admit when I saw
the PUPPYMILL piece on OPRAH was terrified to visit any
breeder.. but what a delight to see where and how you
puppies live. I must admit they are cared for better
than most children (ha ha) I am a principal at my school
for over 14 yrs and the care and dedication that you
provide for your pups is "TOP DRAWER" all the way!

DCDogfinders.com,
Hi my name is Desiree
Hackney and I purchased a male Yorkiepoo for my daughter
on June 19th. I just wanted to say thank you for making
this a very informative and comfortable purchase. His
new name is Reese and he has quickly grown on us. We
love this little puppy so much, even when he is having
an accident on the carpet 4inches from the potty pad. He
just melts my heart!!!!
So again I just wanted to
thank you guys so much and I will definitely refer you
to anymore looking for a new addition to their family.

Good Moring DCDogFinders,
I LOVE YOU! Your family has been the saving grace for
our family. When we lost our little Lilly after 19yrs we
were devastated. I purchased a puppy from your
grandfather 19yrs ago and loved her everyday to the
fullest. What a pleasure to meet you and your husband.
You amaze me in the obvious care and commitment that you
provide your puppies and parents. We LOVE our little
COOPER and love the fact that they were raised with the
same LOVE Lilly had been give so many years ago.
GOD BLESS YOU!

Hi DCDogFinders gang,

seriously the cutest puppy in the whole world! She has
really brought so much happiness to my life. I'm so
lucky:) Thank you for giving me the worlds best puppy!!!
I have attached some pictures of her. The first one was
the day we brought her home and the rest are more
recent. I'll keep you guys updated on her. Hope you guys

Dear
DCDogfinders,
Ed and I just want to thank you so much for helping us
to choose our new family member- he was Kolby when we
got him, and we now call him Rupert. We had been looking
for a puppy for a while when we found your website, and
the way things worked out, we know he was supposed to be
our little guy all along! He surprises us all the time-
he's hilarious, and super smart. He's learning very
quickly and is a very happy puppy. He loves to snuggle
and he loves giving puppy kisses! If we decide to get
Rupert a brother or sister down the road, we'll be sure
to visit you again! Thank you, thank you, thank you for
bringing us much happiness and for being so passionate
about what you do. What you've got going is a wonderful
thing.
Thanks again,

Hi DCDogfinders
family,
My husband and I bought a Bichon and Shih Tzu from you
over a year ago, and I just wanted to send you guys some
pictures. I know it's been over a year, I am so off with
timing, but I know you will enjoy seeing the babies.
Nila is the Bichon and Bella is the Shih Tzu. They love
each other so much and they are always playing around
and jumping all over the place. Everywhere we go people
ask us where we got them and they want a puppy!!! I
always refer them to you guys. Even someone at the vet
we go to was thinking about getting a cute little one.
Thanks for everything!!!

Dear DCDogFinders family,
I wanted to take a minute to salute you and your family.
I watched the Oprah show last Friday and was saddened by
the conditions that I witnessed. I am an attorney in
Alexandria, VA and my family purchased a puppy from you
almost 1 year ago. Dalton is his name. He is a true
family member. Well adjusted, healthy, happy and down
right the cutest guy that ever lived! I just wanted to
say "GOOD JOB" you invited me and my kids to your home,
spent an hour or two helping us, we played with both
puppies and parents, walked into a beautiful home,
visited in a great puppy room and was provided more info
that when I bought my home or when I brought my four
children home from the hospital. In a world where every
one wants to assume the WORST both myself and my family
including Dalton, salute you and give you a BIG THUMBS
UP for being the BEST BREEDER in the WORLD!
www.DCDOGFINDERS.com ROCKS!

Sorry it took so long to
write, we have been BUSY!!!
We just wanted to drop you a line to say thank you!
“Mikey” is adjusting well to our home, we comment every
day about how smart and funny he is. He and Jordan are
so wonderful together. I cannot tell you how great the
Christmas Eve pickup was for us, it truly made getting a
new puppy a fantastic experience. It was so nice and
Christmas-y, truly a day we will never forget. We will
recommend any one looking for a special puppy to contact
you.
Thanks again, attached are a few
pictures of Mikey and Jordan.

Just wanted to send a quick
note and let you know that Toby settled in right away.
He and Brooke ( formerly Sparkles ) seem to be long lost
siblings :) We jokingly call them the "twins." I have
twins sons, one dark hair and one blonde, the funny
thing too is they came home from the hospital 2 weeks
apart, very similar to the puppies. Thank you so much
for what you do.

I promised to give you an
update on my puppy and it's hard to believe that she is
already five months old! I picked up Bella Easter
weekend, and it was the best gift I've ever had. I
haven't had a pet since I was a child and at 52, was a
little leery of the responsibility. But my marriage
ended last year and I had been wanting some sort of
connectedness... and a pup seemed like a good option. I
have to tell you that this little gem "unfroze my heart"
in a matter of minutes, and has been doing her magic
ever since.
Every day she is a constant
joy and she teaches me something new. She "makes me
stretch" and has made me start living again. I could
regale you with a million stories about how my Bella is
the best dog ever, but you've probably heard that
already from your many other satisfied customers. She is
the belle of doggie daycare, knows every neighbor in my
community (and has ensured that I do as well!) and in
general is just an adorable doggie diva. Attached are
some current pictures. Enjoy. Thanks again for your
terrific work. You - and your pups - bring great joy
into people's lives every day.

To DCDogfinders
Just wanted to take a second and update you on our
wonderful Zoe. She's 6 months old now and the best thing
that ever happened to us. We spend hours together on the
weekend at the local dog park and we're always telling
people that DCDogfinders is where she came from and that
you're the best. Thanks again and best to you all!

Hello Guys,
I just have to thank you again for my new baby Cookie
(Sasha). She is a bundle of joy and energy. She was a
little quiet when she arrived home but quickly came
around. She actually decided to help me to study for my
final exam. I thought I would share a couple of photos
as I promised. I will keep you updated on Sasha's
progress.
Thanks again.

My puppy, who was called
Chloe on the website but is now named Ferrari, is
WONDERFUL. She’s smart, loving, active, happy, calm, and
bossy! (When Ferrari had her microchip implanted, she
told the vet, in no uncertain terms, “where to go”!) She
meets new people very easily, and I predict she’ll be a
wonderful therapy dog. Her “Great Uncle” Wheatley, who
died in 2006, was a therapy dog who worked with deeply
disturbed psychotic patients, and he was THE BEST. I
have been wanting to get back into that work, and
Ferrari shows every sign of filling Wheatley’s pawprints.
Ferrari is growing like a weed (she weighed 3 pounds at
12 weeks – perfect!) and is conquering hearts everywhere
she goes. She almost has me puppy-trained, in that I
rush her outside at appropriate times and praise her
mightily when she Conforms To Potty-Policy. (Although a
friend pointed out that I praise Ferrari all the time
anyway. Hmm.) And don’t let anyone ever say dogs don’t
have a concept of ownership. Ferrari has a toy frog that
is HERS, and nobody else is allowed near it.
Thank you ALL for this most adorable little being, who
is an imp and an angel. She is the dog I was meant to
have – obviously – and I am so glad I waited for her!
Everyone asks where I got her, and I recommend you
unreservedly. Thanks forever!

I wasn't with my husband when him and my daughter got
Shilo, but I absolutely loved him the minute I saw him!
He is the sweetest puppy and is so good with my
daughter. My daughter named him Shadow. I will be
contacting you in the near future for another pup! Enjoy
the photos!
